How to accelerate loading studies from iQ-WEB into iQ-4VIEW

Partially, users experience delays when opening new studies in iQ-4VIEW. This is due to the fact that, when loading image data for the first time, the server needs to generate certain files and images that are required by the viewer to populate the image processing area properly.

The occurrence of such delays in loading studies can be reduced by configuring iQ-WEB to generate the files needed for loading studies into iQ-4VIEW at an earlier stage, rather than when the radiologist actually needs to view the images. This pre-generation can be started automatically and directly once new images are received in the archive.
