Step by Step towards faster Order Processing
In order to further improve our customer service, we are continuously optimizing our processes.
As we are partly depending on your help, we would like to ask you to pay attention to the items mentioned below for future orders. This is the only way we can guarantee a fast processing of your request and shorten the processing time on our side.
- Please always indicate the respective customer number. You can find it on the customer list you receive from us by email each month.
- Please always use the reply function in your mail client if the questions or information refer to the same order.
- Please clearly emphasize the urgency of an order by marking deadlines or dates in color.
- When placing orders for new customers, please stick to the template described in chapter 2.1 of our price list (Placing an order).
- When ordering replacement or update licenses, please send us the respective uninstall-file or the original activation data in order to clearly identify the license.
